Del and Charlene Bouck are the owners, with Del Bouck, PhD as the Dealer Principal of the all new
Legacy Ford Rimbey. Del had his first introduction into the automotive industry, while doing some
research for his PhD studies. It was during this time, that he was approached by an automotive firm to do
some consulting for them, and Del knew his interest in this industry, was one to be pursued.

Del has a Doctorate of Philosophy with an Educational Administration and Leadership focus, along with a
Master's Degree, both received from the University of Alberta. He previously worked as a Principal with
Edmonton Public Schools in Edmonton, Alberta where he worked with staff and students alike, to bring success
to each within the educational field.

Since the beginning of Del's first introduction to the automotive industry, he has worked in several
capacities including Vice-President, General Manager, Executive Director, and Chief Operating Officer in
various automotive firms.

Legacy Ford Rimbey became an exciting reality for our family as, "my wife's father was an automotive
technician for many years in Red Deer, where he truly loved his career until his early passing. We decided
that we wanted to create a 'legacy' for him, and continue his love and passion of the car dealership and
automotive industry", said Del. As well, Del and Charlene want to create and build this same legacy for
staff and customers alike, right here within the community and surrounding areas of Rimbey.

Del would like to introduce Ross North, our General Manager at Legacy Ford Rimbey. Ross brings much
experience and expertise to the business. He received an Economic Degree from Brigham Young University
enabling him to study market and financing trends, allowing him to rise quickly through the ranks of the
automotive industry.

Del and Ross have a long business relationship, as "Del and I worked with a large automotive group in
Edmonton, and that is how we got to know each other. I worked with Del in Fort McMurray for the last year,
and was excited when this opportunity presented itself", said Ross.

enjoys. "This is something that I know and love", said Ross. Ross has been involved in the automotive
industry for over 30 years, and has been a Dealer Principal, General Manager and Salesperson. His extensive
